Get a dose of Missouri history when you experience an inspirational walk back in time with “A Visit with Daniel and Rebecca Boone.” As you tour the historic home where the Boones once lived, meet and visit with these famous Missourians portrayed by Colonel Robert Pecoraro and his wife, Shirley, National Association for Interpretation Volunteer Award winners.

Daniel and Rebecca’s lives were filled with joy, happiness, hardship, and tragedy, yet they survived and persevered as partners for 56 years. The interpreters discuss life on the frontier, and guest can view a collection of original antique weapons and accoutrements from the French and Indian War and the Revolutionary War. Admission to the Boone Home is $8 for adults, $6 for seniors ages 60 and up, and $5 for children ages 5–12. Active and retired military and children 4 and under are free.
