Bring your baby to the mat! Join Kate Cash and her baby for a three week series rooted in practical motherhood tools; mindfulness, movement, meditation, and humor. Bring your baby to the mat to practice in community. It is from the roots of these practices that mindfulness grows. Cost: $35 for the series; $15 to drop in any Thursday
