The City of Florissant is co-hosting a Juneteenth Music Festival on Sunday, June 18, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in St. Ferdinand Park. Come join the City of Florissant and announcer/host Christian Thompson of the What Up Doe Radio Podcast for this fun celebration featuring music, activities for children, and a special Father’s Day gift for the first 100 fathers to arrive.

“The national recognition of Juneteenth (June 19th) as the commemoration of the emancipation of enslaved African Americans is of pivotal historical importance to America's history; its healing and inclusiveness; and its future,” stated Shalonda Webb- Chairman, St. Louis County Council, 4th District.
“Together We Can” while we will celebrate black contributions and culture while creating Black Joy throughout North St. Louis County.
