"4-H Grows Here" Holiday Cooking Class

This hands-on class will focus on teaching children basic cooking skills through making unique and traditional holiday side dishes. Youth will learn how to safely and efficiently use a knife and some basic cooking techniques, such as making a roux. All kids will participate in making a recipe from start to finish. This is open to kids ages 10-14.
