Barn Playdate / Parent-and-Me at Castlewood Stables

Bring your little horse lovers to Castlewood Stables for a playdate they will never forget! Horses will be saddled up for riding, and in addition, we have a petting zoo that your child can interact with including pigs, goats, a sheep, a mini bull, tortoises, bunnies, and alpacas! We also have a fun craft for the kids to enjoy.

Our Barn Playdates are two hours packed full of fun! We will saddle up a few of our horses and have them available to ride in our arena for the entire two hours. In addition, kids can feed and play with our petting zoo animals, including pigs, goats, tortoises, a sheep, a mini bull, bunnies, and alpacas! We also provide a fun craft to round out the two hour event. As long as your child is old enough to sit up on a horse and be led around, he / she is old enough for our event! Generally, around age 2 is the perfect minimum age. The event is $20 per participating child, so parents, grandparents, and siblings who are too young to ride are always free!
