CHESS CAMP
BY THE CHESS CLUB AND SCHOLASTIC CENTER OF SAINT LOUIS
Chess summer camps are the perfect way to introduce your child to the game of chess. Instructors from the Chess Club and Scholastic Center of Saint Louis provide chess classes that teach fundamental chess elements in addition to promoting educational values that can be learned through chess. Classes will focus on chess fundamentals while also incorporating lessons on critical thinking, planning and logic. Students are encouraged to demonstrate sportsmanship and to strive for success in the classroom as well as over the chessboard. Grandmaster instructors provide daily lessons, puzzles, and play to help guide students through each sessions. Make it a full-day camp by adding another Lodge half-day camp and Lunch Bunch. Due to additional camp forms required for your child’s safety, registration will only be taken online at www.TheLodgeDesPeres.com. Registration deadline is June 11. Minimum 6/Maximum 16

CAMP REFUND POLICY
Registrant must withdraw from camp by the advertised registration deadline listed in the camp description in order to receive a full refund.** Any camp withdrawals after the advertised registration deadline are charged a 75% cancellation fee. **There is a $5 processing fee for refund requests. If the registrant leaves the refund credit on his/her Lodge account, that fee is waived.**
