Our campers enjoy a unique and fun-filled experience taught by professional artists and teachers! COCA’s talented teaching artists also work professionally as exhibiting artists or performers throughout the region.
Our Arts-Learning Experiences
We provide a safe, comfortable, arts-learning environment where our campers can truly enjoy art and the art-making process. Many of our camps are multidisciplinary and are taught by multiple teaching artists. COCA camps are designed to engage all types of learners.
No Extra Fees
All art supplies, culinary camp groceries, technology supplies and equipment are included (when applicable) in the camp price.
Camp Information
Drop-off & Pick-up Procedures
Those dropping off and picking up campers ages 5–7 should park in the garage and escort their campers directly to/from their camp. Campers ages 8+ should be dropped off and picked up in the circle drive in front of COCA’s main entrance (on Edward Jones Drive). Have your Car Pick-Up Form displayed on your dashboard. If dropping off or picking up multiple campers, defer to the procedure for the youngest camper.
7:30AM | Before care drop-off begins
8:50–9:00AM | Morning camp drop-off
11:45AM | Morning camp pick-up
12:05–12:15PM | Afternoon camp drop-off
3:00PM | Afternoon camp pick-up
6:00PM | After care pick-up ends
Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the scheduled camp start or end time.

Camp Forms
Camp forms only should be submitted after camp registration has been completed. Required forms to be completed and returned to the Registration Office prior to the first day of your camper’s camp. Forms should be returned to registration@cocastl.org.
- Behavior & Safety Form (All campers)
- Student Release Form (Ages 5–7)
- Car Pick-Up Form (Ages 8–10)
- Authorization to Administer Medication (Campers required to take or carry medication)
Lunch/Snack
Campers staying for both morning and afternoon camps have a supervised lunch period. Full-day campers should bring a lunch, drink, and two snacks. Half-day campers should bring one snack.
COCA camps have a nut-free policy. All snacks and lunches must be entirely nut free.
There is no refrigerator or microwave available. An allergy-free table is available.
Inclusion Services
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), COCA provides a variety of auxiliary aids and services to help campers with communication disabilities fully engage in our programs. We ask for as much advance notice as possible, so we can work with the camper’s parent or guardian to determine the best plan of action and have time to arrange for reasonable modifications or services necessary.
