DaySpring's "Summer of STEAM with Seuss" is a perfect blend of summer fun and educationally based creative training designed for ages 5-12! Your child will work with professionals in the arts and experience activities in music, art, robotics, engineering, dance, drama, musical theatre and circus with indoor and outdoor classes in their age groups. This year we are offering five week-long camps, each centered around a theme found in one of Dr. Seuss’ classic books including "Oh, The Places You'll Go," "The Lorax," "If I Ran A Zoo," "Oh, The Thinks You Can Think," and "If I Ran A Circus."
In "The Lorax" Dr. Seuss camp, we will join the Lorax, one of Dr. Seuss’ most beloved characters, as we learn about our planet Earth! We will grow our own plants, study the science behind erupting volcanoes, and learn about recycling by transforming our trash into works of art! Before and after care is available for an additional cost, which can be found by visiting our website.
