Earth Day Campout
Celebrate Earth Day by experiencing nature-based activities with Park Rangers for the St. Charles County Parks Earth Day Campout from 2 p.m., April 20 through 12 p.m., April 21 at Klondike Park. Activities include a nature hike to learn about frogs, flowers, and fauna in the park; make your own pollinator seed starter and bird feeder; and play family games. Lend a hand at the stream team trash pick-up hike to help keep the waterways in our parks healthy and looking beautiful. Participants are responsible for their own food, beverages, and camping supplies, including wood. S’mores treat are provided. Follow park program signs to the group camping area, sites 1-16. Cost is $20 per campsite. Pre-registration is required.
