Kirkwood City Hall, 139 S. Kirkwood Rd., will hand out candy prior the walk from 4-5 p.m. Kirkwood Kiwanis will be giving away limited quantities of hotdogs at their food booth from 5-7 p.m. in Ken Connor Park located at the corner of Kirkwood Road and E. Argonne Drive.
