FAQ'S
Q: Are children allowed during Presale shopping times?
A: Children over the age of 10 are welcome to shop with their family. Infants are welcome if worn in a carrier, as we do not allow strollers, infant car seat carriers, wagons or carts during the Presale.
Q: Are children allowed during Public Sale shopping times?
A: Absolutely! Children of all ages are welcome.
Q: Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the sale?
A: NO! In fact we prefer that you show your ticket from your phone. If that is not an option please bring a printed copy.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard & Discover.
Q: Do you have bags for shoppers to use?
A: Yes we will have large bags that will be available to use for shopping (sanitized between use) but we encourage you to bring your own bags to take home your purchases.
Q: Is there a parking fee?
A: No, we offer plenty of parking on site free of charge.
Your safety is our top priority! We will be following Covid-19 local health & government guidelines and adjust our procedures as needed to keep our community safe. We are limiting the number of shoppers based on the building occupancy.
Due to the current health situations we ask that you please consider shopping WITHOUT your children at this sale if possible. Please wear a face covering per STL County mask mandate. If you are/ have been sick please stay at home and know that you will be missed!
Although we are taking extra safety precautions please be advised that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit. Please realize we may be required to adjust the dates of our sale to be in compliance with current local regulations.
