Mad Science 'Make It' Camp 3 Day - Full Day at Olivette Community Center (Five Oaks on Warson)
Roll up your sleeves, put on your maker's cap, and get ready to create! This is our most hands-on camp! Who can build the strongest bridge? Can your bridge withstand the shake rattle and roll challenge? Explore the world of birds and beasts. Enter the Mad Science chemistry lab and mix, mash, and brew concoctions! Assemble and control pulleys, levers, catapults, simple machines, and megapinchers! It’s 3 days packed with non-stop science fun!

| Crazy Chemistry: Become a Mad Science chemist as you learn all about the chemistry that you encounter every dayl. Discover how you can tell if a chemical change has occurred right before your very eyes. Mix, mush and brew together different chemicals. |
| Jr. Engineers: Check out shapes and why they are so strong! Investigate arches, and geodesic domes. Discover which shapes are the strongest. Test loads and build some bridges when you put on an engineer’s hat and learn about structures. |
| Machine Mania: Find out how wedges, screws and levers help us with our daily lives. Use simple machines to complete different tasks like lifting weights. Run through an obstacle course and use teamwork to show how useful simple machines can be. |
