The YMCA of Greater St. Louis, now the Gateway Region YMCA, established the O'Fallon Missouri YMCA in September of 2000. This facility is the third of five Ys built with funds raised in the YMCA Vision 2000 Capital Campaign, and the third to open in St. Charles County.
Our facility includes:
- Five-Lane Indoor Pool
- Double-Court Air-Conditioned Gymnasium
- Indoor Track
- 6500 sq. ft. Fitness Center - Strength training equipment, Cardiovascular equipment, Cardio televisions, and Suspension Training Cage
- Indoor Rock Wall
- Free Weight Center
- Group Exercise Studio
- State of the art Cycling Studio
- Steam Rooms

- Locker Rooms
- Family Changing Area
- Family Hub - dedicated space within our facility where families can spend time together, play games, use computers, do arts and crafts, and have fun! Parents can also drop their children off during designated hours for supervised play while they work out.
