Join us at St. Louis Spirits Gymnastics for Preschool Open Gym, a fun and safe environment designed just for kids ages 5 and under! Whether they’re climbing, tumbling, jumping into the foam pit, or swinging on the bars, this unstructured playtime gives little ones the freedom to move and grow at their own pace.
It’s the perfect opportunity for your child to develop coordination, confidence, and social skills—all while having a blast! Plus, it’s a great way for parents to connect and let their kids explore in a clean, age-appropriate space.
