Upper Limits is the premier rock climbing gym in St. Louis, offering something for everyone! Two locations in the STL area (Downtown & Maryland Heights) provide a combined 24,500 sq. ft. of climbing! Classes available for all abilities.
Our downtown gym has been going strong since 2001!  Experienced climbers will be challenged by our 2 massive arches and 3 dedicated bouldering areas, while our introductory classes allow novices to learn the ropes. To experience the thrill of indoor rock climbing without taking a class, our 7 autobelays are the perfect option. See you soon!

Climbers of all abilities appreciate Upper Limits for its 10,000 square feet of sculpted climbing surface. Walls extend to 35 feet, and plenty of bouldering and training space is available too. Indoor and outdoor classes and camps are also offered. Climbers under age 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

The facility has a shower-locker area, a lounge area, a pro shop, and complete gear rentals.

Birthday and group adventure parties are great fun here. Partygoers are assisted by an Upper Limits staff member for the duration of climbing activities; parties last two hours and include use of the upstairs climbing area, equipment orientation, harness rental, and a t-shirt for the birthday climber.
