Activity Night

All The Details
- Activity Nights are structured drop-off evening events in the gym.
- Children are placed in groups based on age and coach-to-participant ratio requirements.
- We do our best to accommodate group requests with one friend within the same age range.
- Please send your child with a water bottle and a snack. We have concessions available at the Front Office. If you want a concession snack for your child, please send them with cash and let our supervisor know at drop-off.
- Children who are wearing diapers or pull-ups cannot attend. Parents will be called to pick them up.
- All participants are required to wear grip socks. If you don’t have grip socks, you can purchase them at the gym.
- Comfortable clothing is required for ease of movement. Long hair should be pulled back and away from the face. Jewelry should be left at home (stud earrings are fine).
- Drop-off is allowed 15 minutes before the event starts. We’ll have table games and activities available.
- Sign-in is required at the Front Desk kiosk.
- Alert a staff member of any allergies or special arrangements required for your child.
- Please sign out your child at the Front Desk at pick up.
- You can pick up your child early. If the door is locked, we have a doorbell on the upper right side of the doorframe.
- Cheese pizza dinner is included (2 slices)
Policy Reminders
Payment
Payment for the event is due in full at the time of registration to reserve your child’s space. We cannot hold spots without payment.
Cancellations and Refunds
Your payment reserves your child's spot and is not refundable or transferable after 48 hours before the event. If you cancel at least 48 hours before the event, you will receive a credit on your AAG account that can be used within six months from the date of cancellation. We are sorry, but no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
If an event is canceled due to weather, power outage, or other unforeseen issues, you will receive a credit on your AAG account.
AAG account credits can be used toward any event, birthday, class, or service we offer. Credits expire after 6 months of the issue date. We do not offer refunds in the original form of payment.
Makeups for Missed Events
If your child does not attend the event, we do not offer makeup options.
