Adaptive Yoga

Come join us for Adaptive Yoga! All abilities and all ages are welcome. Mats will be provided, unless you want to bring your own.

In March we invite you to come practice adaptive yoga with us - all ages, all abilities welcome! Mats will be provided, unless you want to bring your own. Not sure about yoga? We'll have other activities that day too!

Lift Disability Network understands disability, including the fatigue and isolation families sometimes experience. So we want to create a community of individuals and families impacted by disability. Come ready to have fun, enjoy a meal together, fellowship, and at the end we all go home with our lives elevated!
