Unleashing Potential’s summer enrichment programs provide learners with endless opportunities for discovery and fun! Our programs deliver learning experiences that are hands-on, innovative, and high-energy.
For scholars entering 1-5 grade, each week will highlight characteristics from other parts of our world while focusing on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) and Character Development. Older scholars, children in grades 6-8, will work with technology, such as Microbits and Raspberry Pi, geospatial content with Story Mapping, and Project Based Learning to impact our community through Design for Change. All students have the opportunity to discover their super powers through the use of creative play.
PROGRAM APPROACH
Unleashing Potential Summer Enrichment Programs are located at partner sites in St. Louis City and County to ensure parents have affordable and safe options for their children during the summer months. The programs include enriching activities while providing an experiential approach to joyful summer learning.
Summer Enrichment Programs are seven (7) weeks to accommodate working parents. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided. Activities include nutrition, fitness, studio and performing arts, STEAM activities, field trips, sports, and more! All activities are provided within the context of healthy social and emotional growth. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Children must be entering 1st-9th grade.
