In this one-day, virtual event, middle school girls will be introduced to the social change sector, systems of oppression, and the power of consensus-building.

Program facilitators will include ChangeMaker’s Institute Co-founder and Lead Facilitator, Cat Lindroth ‘04, and high school students enrolled in the ChangeMaker’s Institute. They will demonstrate the value of collective impact through conversation and problem-solving.

Participants will identify issues they are passionate about and connect with other girls who are equally passionate about making change, all while learning how to create solutions that address systems of oppression using consensus-building. Students will leave this event feeling empowered, inspired and ready to take action in their communities!
