Green Chef Camp
Spend the summer at one of The Green Center’s Nature Explorer Camps! Each camp will have students explore our prairie, forest, wetland, greenhouse and discovery garden outdoor classrooms. Programming will take place both indoors and outdoors.

Students will be cooking with nature in this 5-day camp. Learn about the plants we have in our gardens, how to grow them and use them to make delicious dishes. We will explore our native Missouri plants and learn about their medicinal uses, hunt for wild edibles and learn about chickens. Only hungry kids need apply!

Time: *9:00am - 3:00pm Cost: $175.00 (includes all materials)
*Before & After Care is available at 8:30am and until 3:30pm each day, upon request, for an additional $25 fee for the week.
