Friday-Sunday:  The Art Fair at Queeny Park  Over 140 artists will display and sell their work at this 3-day fair, one of the longest-running art fairs in the region. Held inside Greensfelder Recreation Complex at Queeny Park, Aug 29-31. Kid's Art Discovery Adventure will be Sunday, 12-4pm.

Friday-Sunday: Cards vs. Cubs Busch Stadium is the place to be to see the Cardinals renew their rivalry with the Cubs all weekend long! Then cheer them on as the division rival Pirates come in to town for an afternoon affair on Monday!  

Friday-MondaySt. Nicholas Greek Festival  Spend Labor Day weekend at the 97th Annual St. Nicholas Greek Festival at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in St. Louis’ Central West End, Aug 29-Sep 1st.

Friday-MondayThe Great Godfrey Maze opens for the season! The 2014 Great Godfrey Maze is a 7-acre adventure into Harry Potter’s Wizarding World for ALL Muggles to enjoy! Open Weekends from Aug 29 - Oct. 26.

SaturdayPaper Kite Festival at The Butterfly House. Experience the wonder of flight at the first Paper Kite Butterfly Festival. Fun educational activities will demonstrate what makes butterflies -- and kites -- soar! August 30, September 6 and 13.

Saturday-Sunday: The Big Muddly Blues Festival is St. Louis’ largest blues festival, with 24 renowned acts from across the nation and around St. Louis filling three stages on historic Laclede’s Landing, August 30 and 31, 2014.

Saturday-MondayHoney Crisp Weekend (Belleville, Millstadt & Grafton) at Eckert's Country Store and Farms. Kick off apple season by riding the wagon out to the orchard to pick-your-own apples!

Saturday-MondayJapanese Festival  at Missouri Botanical GardenCelebrating the history, culture, and people of Japan, the Japanese Festival at the Missouri Botanical Garden is one of the largest and oldest festivals of its kind in the United States! Labor Day Weekend, Aug 30 - Sep 1.

Nature Connects Art with LEGO® Bricks  at Missouri Botanical Garden. Time is running out to explore the larger-than-life plants and animals made from LEGO® bricks that have been taking up residence in the world-famous Climatron®! Final day is September 7th!

 

Stingrays at Caribbean Cove featuring Sharks at Saint Louis Zoo. Watch, touch and occasionally feed the unique and fascinating stingrays, as they glide through a warm saltwater pool, also featuring sharks ans horseshoe crabs. Exhibit located near Lakeside Cafe. Open through September 28!
