Spring Into Spring at Crowder State Park

It is the beginning of spring! Join Crowder State Park staff to spring into spring as we hike 5 miles and witness the park waking up after its winter nap, March 19, 2020.

We will begin at the campground amphitheater and hike a portion of Tall Oaks Trail. Then, we will then traverse the Northwest Passage connector to reach South Thompson Trail. From there, we will hike a short portion of South Thompson before returning on Steep Creek Connector to Tall Oaks Trail and back to the campground amphitheater.
This is an excellent opportunity to see the interior of the park before the trees leaf out and hide the topographic features along the way.
