STL Rock School Summer Camp

Ages 6-18. All skill levels welcome.

Note about COVID-19 Precautions – subject to change:
While we typically enjoy having big summer camps that focus on a high musical goal, we realize that our children have not had much socialization over these past few months. We will be a bit looser with the musical expectations and let the kids socialize more than in years past. We will be following the guidelines for STL Summer Camps & Youth Activities set forth by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. In addition, we have take a number of precautions that are being implemented:
- Summer camp groups will be limited to 5 students per group
- Groups will limit interacting with each other in order to limit our distancing
- All staff and campers will be required to wear masks
- Staff will all be temperature checked before entry
- Parents will not be allowed to come inside in order to limit our distancing
- Campers must wash their hands upon entry into the school
- Hand sanitizer will be provided and teachers will be reviewing properly cleaning techniques with students
- Staff will be required to clean between all activities
- Lots of outside time
- Campers will be required to bring their own guitars & basses. For instruments like drums & piano, only one camper will be allowed to use that instrument
- The end of camp concerts will be spaced out so each group has a separate performance time
- Concert will be held outside (weather permitting) to allow more spacing
If a camper or staff member is sick, they will not be allowed inside the camp. Campers will be refunded if you cannot attend camp or have safety concerns about camp. In the event that a staff member or student tests for COVID-19, the school will immediately be shut down.
