Saturday, April 27th
Touch a Truck is a FREE event that provides a unique opportunity for children to explore vehicles of all types including public service, emergency, utility, construction, transportation, delivery, and just plain cool – all in one place! Children will be allowed to touch their favorite vehicles, get behind the wheel, and meet the people who help to build, protect, and serve our community. This event runs from 10:00-2:00 in the parking lot of Messiah Lutheran Church and School in Weldon Spring, MO.
Quiet time for children with sensitive hearing: 1:00-2:00 p.m.
This event will include service vehicles: firetruck, ambulance, police motorcycle, SWAT Bearcat, etc. Construction vehicles: dumptruck, cement mixer, boom truck, bobcat, etc. Food trucks: Kona ice and Noto pizza, among others. And just plain cool extras like balloon twisters and craft areas just for kids!
