Youth Creative Writing program with Royal Oak Public Library

*The event has already taken place on this date: Wed, 06/23/2021
On Wednesday, June 23, 7:00-8:00 pm, kids ages 8 to 12 are invited to get ready to write a tale about themselves! They can be the hero, the villain and more as they use elements of folktales, fairy tales and tall-tales to shape their own. Most importantly, they each get to write and create their own story.

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

Jot down some ideas before June 23. During the Zoom program, they’ll begin writing their tales! If time permits, (before the stroke of midnight), we’ll share our creative works together. Contact tracy@ropl.org to schedule your supply pickup.

Online program registration is required and limited to 20. Visit ropl.org to receive a link for this free program.
