If the weather forecast has you spooked, or you're just looking for an alternative to trick-or-treating door-to-door, there are several fun options available in the community:

 

  • Come to The Magic House for a Happy, Healthy Halloween, an all-day candy-free celebration! Half-price admission for children in costume!
  • Join St. Louis Parenting Resources for a safe and fun Halloween Party & Costume Contest centered around infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. No scary decor or easily swallowable candies. We'll have lots of baby carriers to play with if you'd like, fun games, open play and costume shenanigans!
  • Halloween Skate at Great Skate!  Dress up in your favorite costume and join Great Skate in a costume contest, games, and a night of fun.
  • Not So Scary Jump at Pump It Up of St. Charles. Spend Halloween with Pump it Up and have a Not So Scary Time! We will have a Family Glow Jump for all ages. Come in costume and get $2 off your jump admission.
  • It 's Thrills by Day and Fright by Night at the 27th annual Fright Fest at Six Flags St. Louis! Every Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday through Nov 2
  • Kid Fest 2014 at Faith Church in Sunset Hills.  KIDFEST is a Family Festival featuring awesome Carnival Rides, games, food, entertainment, live performances, music, dance, large amounts of candy and MORE!  
  • Fall Festival at St. Louis Family Church Invite your family, friends and neighbors to this fun, safe, family event. Delicious food, costume contests, pumpkin craft, and carnival games and rides are sure to build an evening filled with great memories. All ages are invited!

Saturday, November 1: Healthy Halloween Hullabaloo at Our Urgent Care in St. Charles, Saturday.  Don't miss meeting local kid-friendly businesses in collaboration to provide bouncy houses, games/crafts, healthy trick-or-treating, USO sponsored candy exchange, tagging-for-charity costume photos with super scrubs the doctor panda, blood pressure checks for parents, height and weight checks for kids, a fall harvest scavenger hunt, and more!

 

Sunday, November 2: The Great Candy Exchange  by Delta Dental Health Theatre at Vetta Sports - Soccerdome   Area children, families and school groups are invited to turn in their unopened Halloween candy in exchange for chances to win prizes that encourage healthy habits and active play. Avoid Cavities & Send Treats to the Troops!
