We offer summer camps in the facilities of CrossFit St. Louis. Our camps teach athletes 11-18 to lift properly, as well as working on their speed, balance, agility and endurance. Our coaches meet every athlete age appropriately, with activities to challenge them at their present developmental level. Our camps run on a weekly schedule, Mon-Thu 10:30-12:00 daily.
