Wildlife Rescue Center

The Wildlife Rescue Center is a non-profit professional wildlife rehabilitation facility, resting on 15 acres of land next to Castlewood State Park. It is the ideal setting to explore and learn about Missouri's native wildlife community.

The Wildlife Rescue Center has served the people, wildlife, and wild places of the St. Louis region and beyond for over three decades.  Founded in 1979, the Center provides professional wildlife rescue, rehabilitation, and conflict resolution services to the public at no cost.  Through nature inspired education programs, the Center promotes environmental awareness and encourages the protection of our delicate ecosystems.  The Center is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and relies exclusively on generous donations to carry out a mission of compassionate conservation.
